Set against the backdrop of Dubai’s coastline, BCH:CLB seamlessly blends laid-back luxury with high-energy vibes, creating the ultimate Saturday escape. With an expansive venue, plush loungers, and Instagram-worthy décor, the Mediterranean-inspired hotspot sets the stage for an unforgettable brunch experience. Guests are welcomed with a candy floss-garnished drink before exploring a curated selection of beverages at the pop-up bar. To kick off the terrace brunch, refreshing dishes like Whipped Feta, Fried Calamari, Marinated Olives, and a selection of Tapas including Spianata, Brie Lollipop, and Veal Ham will be served. To follow, warm appetizers such as Wagyu Beef Mountain Toast and Tuna Pop-Tart will be served. For the main course, flame-grilled Chicken Pinchos, tender Beef Skewers, and crispy, Golden Potatoes take center stage. What’s better yet – is the live seafood Paella station, where guests can watch an extensive selection of fresh seafood transform into a rich, flavourful paella right before their eyes. To end on a sweet note, guests can delight in Mini Churros and Mini Brûlée Cheesecake, the perfect finale to an exquisite feast.
