Taking place every Friday from 5 PM to 8 PM, S Bar invites guests to an elevated affair to indulge in delicious delights with a curated Japanese-inspired menu and imaginative beverages.
The menu includes a sensational selection of dishes, from fresh Gillardeau Oysters with ponzu and shallot vinegar to Traditional Miso Soup with shiitake and tofu. The Potato Salad with Japanese egg mayo and Seaweed Green Salad offer light and refreshing options, while the Okonomiyaki cabbage pancake and octopus Takoyaki balls bring authentic Japanese street-food flavours with a contemporary twist.
Sushi lovers can delight creations like the California Salmon Roll and the vegetarian-friendly Veggie Roll, while heartier options such as Chicken Gyoza, Bara Chirashi, and Yakimeshi, a Japanese stir-fried rice, are sure to impress. To add a sweet note to the evening, guests can indulge in decadent desserts like Mango Cheesecake and the delicate Matcha Roll Cake.
