Established in late 2022 within the iconic ICD Brookfield Place, La Niña quickly became the sought out restaurant, celebrated for its delectable food and vibrant ambiance that brings the warmth of Spanish culture straight to the hearts of guests. After-Hours at La Niña features signature cocktails, such as Carmen, a refined gin martini with a delightful blend of floral, sour, and fruity notes, and the Porto Tónico, a modern spritz-style aperitivo with white port, citrus, and lemongrass. Guests can savour their renowned bar bites such as the Croqueta De Setas, made with wild mushroom and truffle aioli, and the Tostada De Res, a corn tortilla topped with short ribs, avocado, and Cotija cheese, the perfect complements to the expertly crafted drinks.
