A tribute to New York’s finest brasseries, The Guild, recently awarded Michelin Guide’sOpening of the Year, invites guests to celebrate New Year’s Eve in style.
Prepare for the ultimate celebration, with a range of cosy corners and hideaways to choose from, all under one roof. The Guild’s distinct spaces—The Nurseries, The Potting Shed, The Aviaries, The Salon and The Rockpool – each offer a unique vibe, allowing guests to tailor their evening to personal preference. Whether seeking a laid-back evening affair uniting over fond memories of the past year with family, or an upbeat party atmosphere to dance the night away with friends – there’s something for everyone.
With a minimum spend per person starting at just AED 350 per person and a carefully thought-out menu designed to impress foodies and connoisseurs alike, guests are set to enjoy the ultimate feast to end the new year. Featuring 2024’s best-selling dishes, with starters including the famous Fire-Roasted Tomato served with smoked anchovy and sprinkled with oregano; the celebratory Seafood Tower to share with The Guild’s secret sauces; or the Gillardeau Oysters to set the tone for the evening, guests should prepare to be impressed.
The main event promises favourites such as the Lobster Mac & Cheese served with Manchego cheese and lobster bisque; Australian Wagyu Tenderloin with sides such as the Wood-Fired Broccolini or Duck Fat Fries; and the Porcini Mushroom Risotto with a tarragon emulsion and wood-fired mushrooms for vegetarians. It wouldn’t be a party without a sweet ending, and The Guild knows just the order: Tiramisu, Ethiopian single origin with mascarpone, or the newly introduced Crêpe Brûlée, served with vanilla custard, orange caramel, and pecan nuts.
The entertainment for the evening will feature a live three-piece band from 9:00 PM to midnight, setting the perfect tone for the countdown to the new year, followed by DJ Dasha Sun, who will keep the party going well into the early hours.
