The UAE National Day 4-course meal at Ting Irie offers a mouth-watering journey through Caribbean-inspired flavours. Start with the Island Flava Soup, a flavourful blend of Caribbean spices and fresh ingredients that sets the tone for the meal. Follow this with the crispy Fish Bites, served with a tangy tartar sauce for the perfect bite-sized treat. The Mini Jerk Chicken Salad is a vibrant, flavourful dish featuring tender, spiced jerk chicken served on a bed of fresh greens and topped with either tangy Dijonetteor refreshing Lemon Dressing.
For the main course, guests can indulge in Ting Irie’s signature Jerk Chicken Pasta with Garlic Bread — a creamy, flavourful dish featuring perfectly spiced jerk chicken tossed in a rich sauce, accompanied by warm, buttery garlic bread.
