Michelin-starred Executive Chef, Henry Park, recognized for his achievements at Morimoto Dubai and Hiden Miami, is leading the team behind the stunning sushi counter of Cutfish Dubai. Along with culinary expert Glen Kotlyarsky, celebrated for his work at Zuma, bringing their renowned expertise and creative touch to this new venture.

Cutfish is founded by Remy Group. Driven by a commitment to fresh, market-sourced ingredients and forward-thinking design crafted by renowned interior designers, Remy Group creates dining experiences that stand out in every detail. The culinary vision of the group is led by award-winning Brand Chef Ruslan Poliakov, whose expertise honed alongside some of the world’s top chefs—ensures a memorable and elevated experience across each of the group’s distinct venues.
