The night will feature freshly shucked Dibba Bay Oysters, offering a taste of the finest local seafood. Ladies can choose from either one oyster, six oysters or twelve oysters. To elevate the evening, ladies can also opt for unlimited bubbles for two hours. The oysters will be served with a selection of condiments to enhance the experience, with options including the classic Mignonette, made with diced shallots in red grape vinegar, or the Sweet and Sour mix, a vibrant blend of shallots, lime, molasses, sumac, and black pepper.This exquisite pairing ensures a memorable journey for every guest.
