LPM Restaurant & Bar Dubai And Abu Dhabi Incorporate Seasonalities In Their Monthly Business Lunch Menu

LPM Restaurant & Bar, the renowned home of French Mediterranean cuisine, brings a new flair to its Business Lunch menu. Global Executive Chef Adriano Cattaneo has introduced a new approach featuring seasonal foods to curate the restaurant’s ever-changing menu for Business Lunch.

One of Chef Adriano’s many contributions to LPM Restaurant & Bar has been the introduction of new dishes while maintaining the integrity of the menu and the feel of the brand. French cuisine has always been based on fresh and seasonal local produce, resulting in unique dishes that can be enjoyed within certain months throughout the year. Following the tradition of the cuisine, LPM has incorporated the use of these seasonal ingredients in its Business Lunch menu to provide guests with dishes that can be enjoyed with fresh products coming from Europe. Constantly in rotation due to seasonality, dishes may appear for as little as a few weeks or up to two months until they are alternated for new items. For this reason, guests are encouraged to visit the restaurant and taste Chef Adriano’s creations before they are replaced.

For guests looking for a quick lunch break in DIFC, LPM’s Le Petit Menu (AED 135) offers a quick yet satisfying two-course experience with one starter and a main course. The restaurant also offers a three-course Le Grand Menu (AED 180) for a leisurely lunch experience including one starter, a main course, and a delectable dessert. The menu comes with a salad of the day and freshly baked homemade baguette, and at each table the iconic tomato set that is available simply for guests to curate their own interpretation of a tomato salad alongside their meal. 

Over the past months, the Business Lunch menu has featured seasonal starters and mains such as Sea Bream Tartare with Yuzu, Grilled Aubergine with Mozzarella and Prawns, Baby Spinach and Artichoke Salad with Feta, and Quinoa Salad with Raisins and Goji Berries. In addition to savoury dishes, seasonal desserts are also included in the menu such as their Peach Melba most recently.

LPM Restaurant & Bar is known for its light, fresh, and vibrant French Mediterranean menu, as well as its buzzing atmosphere and stunning interiors that showcase curated art displays.
