Amelia Dubai Unveils Exciting New Menu Additions

Amelia Dubai is thrilled to unveil a selection of extraordinary new dishes on its menu, inspired by the vibrant Nikkei culinary tradition. Meticulously crafted by master chefs, Amelia’s exotic menu draws inspiration from the culinary traditions of Japan and Peru resulting in a captivating fusion known as Nikkei Cuisine with a Mediterranean flair.

Guests can explore a selection of mouthwatering dishes that are exquisitely presented and showcase a fusion of flavours, textures, and creativity. From tantalizing starters to indulgent mains and decadent desserts, each dish promises a unique and memorable dining experience.

Highlights include the Hamachi Ceviche, showcasing premium Hamachi paired with strawberry, chulpe, sesame, lime, coriander, tiger milk, and gochujang sauce for a refreshing burst of flavors. The Langosta Tacos feature succulent lobster with yuzu kosho and tobiko, delivering a perfect balance of richness, tanginess, and texture. The Wagyu Tataki presents delicate slices of Wagyu beef MB5, complemented by fresh mizuna, takuan, sesame seeds, and ponzu, creating a delightful experience with every bite. The irreristible new addition is the Hamachi Maki, where fresh crab and hamachi tempura are wrapped in seaweed and drizzled with tiger milk, offering a harmonious blend of textures and flavours.

When it comes to Amelia’s signature hot dishes, three new items have been introduced. The Patas De Cangrejo Real features king crab legs paired with shiitake mushrooms, wakame, chives, and topped with orange tobiko, all enhanced by aji spicy mayo for an unforgettable kick. Another standout is the Bone Marrow with Ponzu and Chimichurri, a specialty that promises a unique flavor experience. Following the popularity of our Flammkuchen à la Truffa, the venue introduces the Flammkuchen Aji Burrata, which combines burrata, mozzarella, and parmesan with basil and tomato aji sauce on a crisp flammkuchen dough.

For those who appreciate the finest meats, try a new addition to the extensive selection: 220g of Hokkaido Wagyu Grade A5, a favorite among Japanese cuisine enthusiasts.

To round off your meal, indulge in the Pineapple Crème Brûlée, a tropical twist on the classic dessert featuring caramelized custard infused with pineapple for a refreshing and decadent finish.
