Beginning with the Xocolatl, whichreimagines the cacao drink andadds a modern twist to the traditional strawberry mojito, while the Bachué, with sweet flavoursof melon, combines whisky, midori, salted honey, tio pepe, and soda water for a versatile drink enjoyed any time of day.
