COVEBEACH, Dubai’s original, premium beach club brand, will be opening the doors to the first phase of its new location on JBR on Friday 26th July. The stunning new space, located at La Vie, will be welcoming guests to dine for lunch and dinner in its brand-new restaurant concept, SIERRA by COVEBEACH. Featuring an elegant sushi bar, interactive fish market, and dry-ager, guests can immerse themselves in a vibrant dining experience and indulge in freshly prepared specialities.
Reflecting its name, which translates to ‘peaks’ in Spanish, SIERRA by COVEBEACH sits at the pinnacle of the new beach club overlooking vistas of the Arabian Gulf. With a capacity to seat 146 guests, SIERRA provides a sophisticated dining ambiance, offering a menu that showcases Dubai’s iconic and much-loved dishes, such as Burrata Di Puglia, Wagyu Beef Tartare, Black Truffle & Caviar, Lobster Pasta, Greek Salad, and many more.
Sushi enthusiasts visiting COVEBEACH will be thrilled to discover that the centrepiece of the new restaurant is a live sushi bar, showcasing a wide variety of sushi, including COVEBEACH signature rolls the spicy tuna, dynamite, and salmon & crab tempura. Building on the immense popularity of COVEBEACH’s sushi over the past nine years, the culinary team has dedicated significant time and effort to elevate and expand its sushi offer. With this iconic food menu comes a perfectly paired beverage programme, including an extensive selection of premium wines.
Stepping out onto the SIERRA lounge, guests can enjoy shisha, drinks and bites, whilst overlooking stunning views of Ain Dubai. When the cooler months roll in, this lounge is set to be a popular spot for those looking to enjoy the breathtaking sunsets. Beyond this point, and part of the first phase, one of COVEBEACH’s pools has also opened – the Moët pool – which will welcome all ages to cool off during the summer. Here guests can choose to relax in one of the many lounge options, from sunbeds to cabanas, and enjoy poolside service from the SIERRA by COVEBEACH pool menu.

After summer, the excitement will be kept alive as the second phase of COVEBEACH is set to launch. This impressive and expansive space will boast an additional adult only pool, private cabana pools, luxurious beachside lounge, and seating areas. Dubai’s most iconic beach club will be back in full force, in time for the new season.
