Available daily from sunset until 7:30 PM throughout Ramadan, the menu is thoughtfully curated to embrace the essence of the season. With the final seating at 7:15 PM and last orders at 7:30 PM, guests are assured a serene and fulfilling Iftar experience.
Priced at AED275 per person, the Iftar set menu begins with a traditional selection of dates, dried fig, and apricot on the table, setting the tone for a nourishing start. The journey continues with a comforting refreshing Miso Soup, enhanced with wakame, tofu, and spring onions, alongside the vibrant freshness of Edamame seasoned with sea salt.
The Sushi & Salad segment introduces a delightful contrast with the crunch of a Shrimp Tempura Roll, complemented by a spicy mayo and green asparagus, and the earthy goodness of a Shiitake Mushroom Roll. A Tomato Burrata Salad with shiso dressing adds a refreshing twist to the traditional Iftar staples.
