On the night of the ‘Art of Cutting’ activation, guests will have the rare opportunity to see the chef carve and prepare a whole Bluefin Tuna right in front of them. The chef’s knife dances through the fresh fish, creating an array of mouthwatering menu options to choose from, including skillfully prepared Sashimi, Sushi, Open Rolls, Hand Rolls, Ceviche, Tacos and Tataki. 

Guests can also enjoy signature cocktails like the Hashima, Matcha Sour, Mavericks Martini, and Gin Garden to add a sophisticated touch to the dining experience.
