LPM Restaurant & Bar Dubai Presents A Series of Three Intimate Wine Dinners

LPM Restaurant & Bar Dubai, renowned for its celebrated Riviera-inspired cuisine, is set to host an exclusive series of three Wine Dinners throughout the months of October, November, and December. These exclusive dinners will offer a rare opportunity to savour a curated selection of exceptional wines meticulously paired with a multi-course menu crafted by LPM’s Global Executive Chef Adriano Cattaneo.

Throughout the dinner series, a diverse range of vinicultural styles and regions from distinguished French wineries and champagne houses will take centre stage, offering a one-of-a-kind dining experience in LPM’s elevated semi-private dining area – La Salle à Manger. Each dinner will be co-hosted by a representative from each producer who will personally guide an intimate group of guests through the enchanting evening.

“We have looked for the special, the unusual, the vineyards and makers that have a story to tell. We carefully curated a selection of wines and champagnes to elevate the dining experience and take it to new heights. But our ambition goes far beyond that. We aim to take guests, if we can, to somewhere they have not been and somewhere they will not forget.” says LPM’s Regional Head of Wines, Gregg Lambert.

  1. Starting this series on a high note, the first dinner will be hosted by Andrea Fasan, LPM’s Global Head Sommelier and Thomas Duroux, CEO of Chateau Palmer on October 25th. This evening promises a gastronomic symphony, harmonising a curated menu with the finest wines from Château Palmer, which rank among the most prestigious in Bordeaux and are highly coveted by discerning wine enthusiasts. “Chateau Palmer and LPM have a long-lasting relationship that started in London a few years ago. I don’t know of any other wine list in the world with such a selection of Chateau Palmer’s wines. I am thrilled to come to Dubai to celebrate this friendship with such an exclusive dinner curated by Chef Adriano Cattaneo.”

About the menu: Diners can indulge in a selection of starters, such as the Warm Prawns with Olive Oil and Lemon Juice or the Snails with Garlic Butter and Parsley, classics that pair perfectly with Château Palmer.
