Amazónico Unveils A Delectable Duo With New 2-Course Business Lunch

As the city ushers in the new season, Amazónico Dubai presents its Menu Ejecutivo with a new two-course option of their well-known and loved business lunch offering. Located in the heart of Dubai’s corporate and financial epicentre, Amazónico’s newly updated offering is geared towards guests looking for a quicker and lighter weekday dining experience.

Available from Monday to Friday, guests can savour the new two-course menu for AED 110, complete with a choice of a starter and a main, offering the finest ingredients sourced from Latin America to the table. For those looking for a more comprehensive lunch experience, the “Menu Ejecutivo” Business Lunch is still available with three courses for AED 135, and four-courses for AED 160.

The menu begins with a selection of small and refreshing raw bites; from the tangy Ceviche de Salmon prepared with tamarind sauce, radish, and cashew to the light yet hearty Ensalada de Verano. Guests can also choose from a selection of Petisks; from Latin American favourites such as Empanada de Aji de Gallina to the Quinoa Salteada with shiitake and king mushrooms, drizzled with teriyaki sauce and orange reduction. Fish fans will love the LangostinosMelosos, subtly crisp tempura shrimp complemented with garlic, ginger, and peanut sauce, topped off with a sweet mango twist.

For the main course, classic Latin American dishes have been given an Amazónico twist. From the Carrillera; slow-cooked wagyu beef cheek with spicy carrot purée, pickled onion, and lulo fruit, to the Espinica y Coliflor; sautéed spinach, roasted cauliflower, and caramelised onion served with a creamy garlic sauce. The Arroz con Pollo with grilled chicken drumsticks, rice, and chorizo finished with pebre sauce combines tradition with contemporary flair, and featuring only the freshest catch is the Lubina, with sea bass, romesco sauce, and green vegetable wok.

Those looking to satisfy their sweet tooth can revel in Amazónico’s dessert line-up, with choices including the Tarta de Zanahoria, an inventive carrot cake with cream cheese mousse, orange cream, and carrot ginger granita, or the signature Piña Rostizada with roasted caramel-glazed pineapple and corn cake served with a light coconut sorbet. Guests can also choose from a selection of homemade tropical ice creams and sorbets made from fresh passion fruit, mango, and coconut.
