Café Gray takes diners on a culinary journey that celebrates the timeless art of pizza making with their irresistible array of pizzas. Crafted with passion by the experienced team of chefs, each pizza is prepared using only the freshest ingredients sourced from local producers.
Pizza lovers can explore mouthwatering options with classics like Margherita, Pepperoni, and Hawaiian Chicken. Those seeking more indulgent options can choose between the Bresaola Pizza or the Royal Lobster prepared with lobster tail, courgette, and chimichurri sauce.
Vegetarians will be spoilt for choice with a selection of pizzas such as the Four Cheese, a delightful blend of mozzarella, ricotta, Parmesan and blue cheese, the Funghi Pizza, made with mozzarella and ricotta cheeses, portobello mushrooms and caramelised onions topped with truffle oil, and the Fresh Veggie Pizza topped with a flavourful variety of fresh vegetables.
Those with a sweet craving can opt for Café Gray’s selection of sweet pizzas which include Rocky Road, Bananas Foster, and this season’s special Sweet Summer Pizza, a combination of ricotta and mozzarella cheeses topped with maple glazed grilled pineapple, candied pecans, and a drizzle of maple syrup.
Throughout the month of August, guests can enjoy Pizza Nights at Café Gray from Monday to Friday. Diners can savour any two pizzas from the menu for AED 72, with the exception of the Royal Lobster and Bresaola pizzas, which will be an additional charge of AED 20. The deal is available from 6pm onwards, making it an ideal spot for weekday dinners with loved ones.
