Drawing inspiration from the Mediterranean, Chef Vincenzo and his culinary team have curated a selection of dishes that showcase the vibrant and diverse culinary heritage of this beautiful region. Served from 9am to 12pm, the menu boasts an array of mouthwatering options, including freshly baked pastries that are warm and flaky, and an assortment of smoothies, fresh juices, tea, and coffee, providing a boost of energy to kickstart your day. From hot and savoury dishes to sweet breakfast items that are packed with flavour, there is something to satisfy every palate.
The menu presents an array of breakfast items with a MEDA twist, such as the MEDA Signature Scrambled Egg, which mixes a soft and creamy scramble with fresh shavings of black truffle, and their Classic French Toast with Sour Cherries, a luscious brioche bread layered with tart sour cherries and chocolate hazelnut cream. The menu also offers classic breakfast favourites including Egg Benedict, Avocado Toast, Pancakes, and Viennoiseries accompanied by whipped honey butter and homemade preserves, to name a few. Benefiting from the restaurant’s pork licence, MEDA also serves traditional Spanish Smoked Chistorra, smoked pork sausages flavoured with paprika, and Pork Chorizo, a savoury and spicy sausage cooked with garlic, oregano, and red pepper.
For guests coming with a big appetite, MEDA serves a Big Meda Breakfast for two. Offering a halal and non-halal version, each come with a selection of key à la carte main dishes and sides including viennoiseries, eggs prepared with sautéed mushroom, grilled tomatoes, hashbrown, pancakes served with berries and maple syrup, grilled jumbo asparagus, roman roasted tomato, 3 ways of sourdough toasts, cold cuts, a salad, a trio of dips, and a drink for each person. The halal option serves an additional dish of MEDA’s chicken sausage, pricing the whole package at AED 235, while the non-halal option includes a truffle ham croque, and pan fried pork chorizo priced at AED 245.
