Guests are invited on Saturday 8th July, starting from 8PM, to indulge in a captivating six-course menu, expertly paired with seven unique grape varieties, for an extraordinary dining experience.
Charm Thai welcomes guests to an evening of culinary delights, that showcases the perfect harmony between Thai cuisines and carefully selected grape varieties, creating an unforgettable fusion of flavours.
The carefully curated menu features an array of tantalizing dishes expertly crafted by the talented chefs at Charm Thai. From the Langoustine Dim Sum Dumpling with Thai Herbs and Coconut to the Fresh & Zesty Organic Green Mango Salad, each dish showcases the perfect balance of flavors.
Guests will have the pleasure of savoring dishes such as Roasted Lamb Ribs with Thai Style BBQ Sauce, Calamari from the Wok with Butter Fried Garlic Chips, and Hot Basil Mushroom with House Red Curry Sauce. The main course offers delightful options, including Thai Duck Confit with Red Curry Sauce, Toasted Lobster with Veggies and Sweet Basil, Slow-Cooked Wagyu Short Ribs with Signature Thai Glaze, and Pad Thai Noodles with Grilled Tofu and Garden Mix.
To complement this extraordinary culinary experience, an exceptional selection of wines has been thoughtfully chosen by the sommelier. Guests will have the pleasure of indulging in wines such as Cava from Parés Baltà, Sauvignon Blanc from MOMO Seresin, Chardonnay IGT from Bio Bio, and many more. Each wine has been selected to enhance the flavors and elevate the dining experience.
As the evening concludes, guests will be treated to a sweet memory with the Thai Coconut Jelly, perfectly paired with Gessamí from Gramona.
