An Easter Celebration At The Maine

Fit for a feast, the only way to describe The Maine’s special Easter menu. Available only on the 8th and 9th of April at the JBR and Studio City branches across Dubai, the multi-award-winning brasserie is recognised for its ambiance and impeccable food. It is a spectacular spot for eclectic crowds looking for a perfect old-fashioned cocktail, or fresh seafood, steak, and an honest dining experience.

The Easter Special menu is rich, flavorful, and a perfect celebration of Easter, a time for families to bond and enjoy each other’s company. The menu flavors are a medley of the colors and joy of spring, with fresh flavors teetering between indulgence and delight. The Salmon Belly Crudo stands out, fresh tender salmon enhanced by orange yuzu and fermented chili dressing with a delicious crunch of crispy fennel. The Village Salad is a perfect start, with Barrel feta, featuring juicy local tomatoes, Spanish onion, oregano, and a refreshing dressing.

The Truffle Cheese Croquettas are a divine highlight, filled with creamy Arborio rice, summer truffles, and gruyere cheese for that crisp perfection. A cheesy delight, the Cheese Saganaki with melted Kefalograviera cheese, white onion mimosa, and lemon brings a tart but welcome kick. The tenderness of the slow-cooked Lamb Shank is the star dish, rich and flavorful, served with colcannon and bean ragu, a delicious comfort on such a special day.

The end of the Easter Special meal is a decadent treat, a Baba Au Rum, with Sailor Jerry rum, topped with fresh Chantilly cream and star fruit for a sweet finish.

These limited time specials will be available at The Maine Oyster Bar & Grill JBR and The Maine Street Eatery Studio city branches on April 8th and 9th.
