Hoof, the home-grown cafe founded by the Emirati trio who share a strong passion for horses, show jumping and specialty coffee, announces its support for Earth Hour by dimming its lights at its full-scale branches for one hour between 8:30pm and 9:30pm.
The popular, minimalistically-designed cafe will be participating in Earth Hour this 25th of March, in line with the worldwide Earth Hour movement organized by the World Wildlife Fund, which encourages businesses and individuals to spend sixty minutes turning off or lowering electricity within a home or work space. The hour of dimmed lights across its full-scale stores acts as a reminder to customers and staff that all hours in the day matter to our environment and can hopefully spark a change in behaviors.
Guests of Hoof will have the usual offerings, including an array of artisan coffees powered by Archers, with a choice of single-origin beans from thirteen countries worldwide. Accompanying the artisan coffees, Hoof offers an array of food options to tuck into whilst soaking in the relaxed atmosphere. The main menu items include highlight dishes such as Smash Avocado, Beef Bao, Veggie Tacos and Croque Monsieur Brioché. In addition to specially curated pastries, the dessert menu offers delights such as Hoof Signature French Toast, Date Pudding, Saffron Milk Cake, Coffee Basque Cheesecake, and Kinder Cookies .
