Carna Introduces Locally Sourced Iftar Menu

Carna by Dario Cecchini unveils a delightful Iftar spread from locally sourced ingredients available throughout Ramadan. Available from sunset to 8 pm for AED 225 per person. The meal begins with a sharing-style array of Italian and Middle Eastern-inspired starters featuring the likes of Minestrone soup, Red Pepper Hummus, Italian Spicy Shakshuka and Grilled Focaccia, to name a few.

In true essence of their nose-to-tail philosophy, Carna makes use of a whole roasted lamb for 2 of the main dishes. Guests can choose from a variety of dishes, such as zesty Lamb Ragu Risotto, succulent Roasted Lamb, or the luscious Local Seabass Paccheri for a hearty fare to name a few. For dessert, a platter of the mouth-watering Mango Chili Kunafa and the delicious Date Fondant will be served after the meal for a sweet end to a sumptuous dinner.

Limited to 60 guests only in a private dining section of the restaurant, the intimate space will be adorned in traditional Khaleeji-style decor. Guests are highly recommended to book in advance to secure a table for an unforgettable Iftar experience at Carna.
