Eunoia By Carine Celebrates Valentine’s Day With A Serenade By The Sea And A Special New Menu By Chef Izu Ani

Picturesque Hyatt Centric Jumeirah at La Mer is home to celebrated Chef Izu Ani’s latest culinary journey of French Mediterranean-inspired restaurant, Eunoia by Carine. This Valentine’s Day, Eunoia beckons us to relax and soak in the ocean views at the outdoor alfresco terrace with uninterrupted premier views.

A rose awaits each lady that arrives for dinner on the 14th of February, with dinner beginning from 6:30 PM to 10:30 PM, and a special set menu, designed to share between a couple, created by Chef Izu Ani is quite the culinary experience to celebrate the moment through the vibrancy of creation and flavours on this very special day.

The Valentine’s Day Special menu promises many delights to enhance your romantic evening for two, with classic Entrees of French Oysters and Tuna Tartare, Truffle tart and a Grilled octopus salad with potato and olives.

The main dishes are mouthwatering, a golden Roasted chicken with foie gras and truffle butter, a delicate Fillet of seabass with leeks and saffron crab sauce and Asparagus with olive oil and lemon.

The menu features a wide variety of wine pairing options for couples. These include Vina Pomal, a famous deep cherry red wine that is a symbol of Rioja’s estates, a Bourgogne Chardonnay, a wonderfully fresh Grenache Blanc, and The Stump Jump Riesling for dessert.

The dessert is sure to tantalise you with the colours of love, a Red wine poached pear with pistachio cake. As a final touch, guests will also receive a box of premium chocolates as a souvenir to take home with them. A resident DJ continues to ease us into the mood of the night, serenading the guests on this eve of love.
