On August 12th, diners will be able to enjoy an authentic Indian tasting menu, featuring three delightful courses that will send their senses on a journey. Kinara’s exclusive tasting menu features a modern twist on authentic dishes that are inspired by home cooking across the richly diverse regions of South Asia. Diners will experience a culinary adventure as they attend this elegant three-course tasting menu, paired with the fantasticGlenlivet single malts, aged between 12 to 15 years. Guests can also expect to be welcomed with fabulous cocktails that go well with the meal.
Priced at 299 AED per person,the stunning tasting menu highlights classic dishes, with a strong focus on the subtle smoky flavours of the Tandoori oven and the variety of spices for which India is renowned. Diners will be treated to a choice of a Vegetable Seekh or Bhuna Ghoshtfollowed by either a Tandoori Portobello Mushroom,featuring mushroom duxelles, a burnt tomato salsa and cheese crisps, or a Chaapein – Tandoori lamb chops, rogan sauce, a fennel salad and Kinara roti, or the Paneer Kurkure, a delicious dish consisting of cottage cheese, spiced green peas with a spiced onion masala. The journey ends on a sweet,soulful note with an exquisite Chocolate Molten Cake, served with a walnut crumble, peach compote and caramel ice cream.
