Roberto’s Saturday Brunch Unveils New Menu

Brightening up Saturdays at DIFC, the award-winning Italian restaurant Roberto’s launches its classic Signature Brunch with a new 5-course menu and beautifully rounded packages. Brunch goers on the prowl for something different can also look forward to the Roberto’s weekly special from head chef Danilo Valla which comes into play at the Roberto’s raw bar. To build on the vibe and atmosphere, DJ Samer Egy will sooth guests with his light tunes along with an electric cello player and a captivating yet angelic singer making it the perfect touch to the Roberto’s Signature Brunch.

Guests start off the specially curated five-course menu with some delicate sharing dishes like Burrata, slow cooked roasted octopus (Polpo), Pizza Roberto’s and Fried calamari paired with prawns and zucchini.  In a modern Italian style, guests can enjoy the delicate wild forest and portobello mushroom risotto with shaved black truffle or the calamarata pasta for their second course. The roasted black angus ribeye, Ribeye di Manzo, is a powerful highlight of the brunch for meat lovers which is a great expressession of Roberto’s sophisticated approach to modern Italian dishes.

Alongside the authentic dishes on display, well-heeled guests can indulge in handcrafted cocktails and mocktails. To round out the Roberto’s brunch journey on a sweet note, the celebrated Tiramisu, Profiterole, Lemon E Lemon, Pistachio and Sorbet will keep tongues tingling.
