Opened in October 2021, Bastion is a new brasserie and grill at the top of Jumeirah Beach Hotel, in the space formerly occupied by longstanding Latin American grill La Parilla. Positioned on the 25th floor, with views of Umm Suqeim and Jumeirah and the Arabian Gulf, this new restaurant in Dubai serves a menu of globally inspired dishes, ranging from French onion tart to New York tenderloin and Maine lobster. There’s also the sharing Neptune Plate, loaded with Dibba oysters, prawns, lobster, king crab, tuna tartare and winkles. The restaurant also promises a plant-based selection of dishes for diners skipping meat and dairy.
