The Rib Room at Jumeirah Zabeel Saray is inviting guests to enjoy an exquisite evening of delicious food and wines by Nyetimber, the world-renowned English wine maker.
Taking place on Thursday 18th November, the much-loved modern British eatery will serve up an exceptional five-course menu carefully crafted by Chef Daniel Hillier, expertly paired with Nyetimber’s globally acclaimed wines. The evening will begin with an elegant welcome cocktail reception before Nyetimber ambassador Karl Thogersen shares his insights into the fascinating world of winemaking. Karl will take guests on a journey of discovery through the different grape varieties and flavour profiles as well as its traditional crafting method.
Guests will then tuck into the five-course set menu, which includes Sour Dough Bread & Bone Marrow Butter along with Kelly Oysters to start,paired with the classic Nyetimber Cuvee. This will be followed by Warm Shrimp served with Tender Greens, Avocado and a Champagne Beurre Blanc with Nasturtiums, paired with Nyetimber Rosé MV. Next up is a choice of either Roasted Guinea Fowl with Courgette, White Truffle and Chanterelle Mushroom TapenadeorTurbot served in Clam Broth with Osetra Caviar and Sea Herbs paired with NyetimberBlanc de Blancs2013. Guests will then cleanse their palate with Amalfi Lemon served with Cucumber Sorbetbefore ending their culinary experience on a sweet note with Strawberries & Cream Eton Mess coupled with Nyetimber Cuvee Chérie.
