Chef Uros Mitrasinovic will be showcasing his culinary skills by hosting a 9-course tasting menu – transporting diners’ taste buds to the Balkan peninsula – on 21st November at Jubilee Gastronomy, a lounge, dining room and rooftop bar at Expo 2020 Dubai.
Originating from Serbia, Chef Uros is an alumnus of 21grams. The homegrown, neighbourhood eatery has become a firm favourite with the foodies of Dubai for its honest yet daring Balkan soul food, inspired by the wonderful melting pot of cultures of the Balkan region.
Overlooking Expo’s iconic Al Wasl Plaza, Jubilee Gastronomy presents a one-of-a-kind, modern destination that promises tantalising flavours to delight the palates of all kinds of foodies. Jubilee will showcase top chefs from around the world, with Chef Uros flying the flag as a local chef, whilst showcasing his roots, family recipes and unique take on Balkan cuisine.
