COYA Dubai Unveils It’s Host Of Fall Offerings

Looking for the perfect start to the week, the most decadent business lunch, brunch feast like no other or the perfect Saturday lunch?

COYA Dubai has something for every guest! Start your week on a high note with the multidimensional Ritual night experience, grab a drink or two at the Pisco Bar, have a culinary feast throughout the week with the Business Lunch, kick start your weekend with the buzzing Friday brunch end your week with the perfect Saturday treat at the Fin de Semana. That’s not all, venture into the city’s most Spooktacular night this Halloween as the Uncontacted Trribe take over the Forbidden Forest on Saturday the 30th of October.

Ritual 

COYA Dubai has brought back it’s exceptional, multidimensional and much-loved Ritual night. The Aztec-inspired night takes you into a divine, magical space thanks to the non-stop tribal beats featuring melodic techno and South American influences by the COYA Music Label resident DJs and a signature mix drinks including the famous COYA Pisco Sour into the night.

Get ready to immerse yourselves in an unique musical atmosphere every Sunday from 10pm until late. This week kick start the week with the live performance by COYA Resident DJs.

On the 31st of October, Ritual will welcome international DJ Diass who will be bringing his signature sound of tribal and techno beats to the dance floor.

Business Lunch

Dive into the city’s heartiest business lunch, a Peruvian feast in COYA’s colorful enclave that will delight every tastebud!

Choose from a selection of 2 mouthwatering appetizers including the vegetarian Hongos Ceviche (wild mushroom ceviche), Croquetas de Lubina (Chilean sea bass croquettes with red chili)  and the Maki Roll de Aguacate, followed by a delicious main such as the globally-renowned Arroz Nikkei (Chilean sea bass, rice, lime and chilli) or the delectable Pollo a la Parilla (corn-fed baby chicken, aji panca, coriander).

Quench your thirst with a selection of crafted cocktails, mocktails or house beverages like the guest favorite Purple Rain (made of Peruvian vegetable chicha morada, passion fruit puree, fresh lime juice, pineapple juice and a touch of sugar).

Brunch

COYA’s famed dining experience offers a unique Latin American affair across its stunning venue every Friday from 12:30 to 4PM.

With freshness and authentic flavours as a staple throughout COYA’s menu, diners are greeted with guacamole and tortillas made fresh by skilled servers; an array of starters such as grilled skewers, ceviche platters, baos, croquettes, tacos and salads, all served to the table on a rolling basis. Main courses feature signature dishes including Chilean sea bass, salmon fillet, corn fed baby chicken, beef ribs, and Peruvian dried potato and cauliflower. To finish, a specially concocted and Instagrammable dessert platter features chicha morada, kunafa puff pastry, churros with chocolate and dulce de leche sauce, alfajores, and ganache to conclude their Friday feast.

Guest can also be soak up those famous COYA vibes, with live beats by one of the COYA Music Label resident DJs.

Every Friday, 12:30 PM to 3:30 PM, Brunch packages are priced at AED409 for a standard non-alcoholic package, AED609 for the House Package and AED779 for the exclusive Premium Package

Fin de Semana

Every Saturday, COYA Dubai offers a delicious 3-course journey across Peru and it’s exotic and rich blend of Japanese, Chinese and Latin influences. Guests have a selection of three appetizers to start with including Sopa Peruana de Lentejas (peruvian beans and truffle), Baos con Res Wagyu (wagyu short rib, mantou baos and aji Amarillo), Anticuchos de Setas (forest mushroom, aji panca, parsley) and Anticuchos de Pollo (Chicken, aji amarillo, garlic).

For mains, guests can select a single option from Papa Seca (Peruvian dried potato and black truffle mushrooms), Costillas de Res (beef ribs, miso and aji limo) and the Salmon a la Brasa (salmon, fillet, stir-fry quinoa, soy and green vegetables).

To end their meal on a sweet note, guests can choose from three dessert options including the famed Churros de Naranja (orange and lime churros, milk chocolate and dulce de leche sauce) and the Chocolate Fundido (Illanka chocolate fondant, coconut, passion fruit ice cream).

Pisco Bar

Drawing inspiration from the oldest bars and colourful streets of Lima, our Pisco Bar is always full of life and good vibes. Whatever night of the week it is, you’ll be entertained by COYA Music Label resident DJs in a real party atmosphere.

Guests can sample a  unique cocktail list that features Peruvian tipples like the Pisco Sour and fiery Chilli Margarita as well as our own twist on timeless classics. Make sure you try one of the homemade pisco infusions dreamt up by our expert bar team.

Flavours are unique to each venue but Blueberry & Lavender and Passionfruit has quickly become a global favourite.

Halloween

On the 30th of October, the Mashco-Piro tribe are emerging from Peruvian rain forrest to take over COYA, using it as a gateway for a global takeover in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, London and Paris. Often referred to as the Uncontacted Tribe in Incan folklore, the Mashco-Piro tribe will transform COYA into their habitat, the forbidden Peruvian rainforest, with a signature soundtrack that consists of melodic and tribal beats from COYA Music’s resident DJs.

If that’s not enough to lure you into their unknown world, there’s ghoulishly good Peruvian fare and an ancestral assortment of cocktails, including COYA’s famed Pisco Sour, that are an indispensable part of their tribal rituals. In honour of the spooky celebration, COYA are also offering two special dishses; Tataki de Pargo (red snapper with sea urchin, beetroot, pumpkin aioli, aji Amarillo) and Maglet a la Parrilla (duck breast, potatoes, aji rocoto, baby spinach, choclo)

Get ready for a hauntingly visceral experience on the 30th of October from 7pm onwards. Two dinner sittings – first sitting 7-9pm with no minimum spend and second sitting 9pm – until late, minimum spends apply.
