Hola Brings A Flavour Of Spanish Islands To Meydan

Set on the 8th floor of the Meydan Hotel, Hola rooftop restaurant and lounge presents never-ending summer vibes, evoking the soul of Spanish islands Ibiza, Formentera, and Mallorca in one beautiful place, bringing a taste of traditional Spanish flavors to Dubai.

From the fresh white interiors, cacti, colorful detailing, and hanging bougainvillea, the spirit of the islands is embodied throughout Hola’s picturesque venue, coupled with stunning views of the Meydan racecourse, adding a burst of color and energy to this new and unique rooftop experience.

The chef’s culinary adventure truly deserves a hats off for the magnificent blend of Spanish dishes with a fusion twist, catering to all tastes and flavors. Start off with some tapas off the menu; the Wagyu beef carpaccio, thin slices of torched beef topped with truffle cream, crispy potato, parmesan foam, and mizuna, followed by a selection from the Crudo Bar, the Ceviche De La Calle, a fresh sea bass with Ají Amarillo, Leche de Tigre and cancha corn. The main dishes do not disappoint: the Fileto, a juicy Angus prime beef tenderloin, served with creamy mashed potato, crunchy broccolini and red wine sauce. The succulent Camarones Al Ajillo hits the spot;juicy U10 Tiger prawns with garlic, parsley, thyme and wine.

But what could possibly delight more than the artsy island cocktails, view, or décor? The Choco Bomb, a rich 62% cacao sphere with pistachio cream, ice cream, brownies and a dark gold caramel sauce, a divine star to seal the deal on this mouthwatering meal.

Hola’s beautiful food menu, combined with 3 cocktail menus for each of the islands of Ibiza, Formentera, and Mallorca, truly takes dining with a view to new heights, and is set to soon become one of the hottest spots in Dubai. Laith Ghaiba, Founder of Hola rooftop said: “We’re delighted to have created such an exciting concept.
