Originating in Valencia, paella is widely considered as Spain’s much beloved national dish. On Saturday March 27, Bebemos celebrates National Spanish Paella Day, placing the adored internationally known platter, filled with tradition and entirely made with skill, centre stage.
At AED 99 per person, every Bebemos diner receives unlimited access to Hot Tapas, Cold Tapas, two variants of Paella & Dessert. Available for both lunch and dinner timings of 1 PM to 4 PM and 7 PM to 11 PM, the exceptional menu includes signature selections of Spanish cheese (Manchego? Yes, please), chicken croquetas, patatas bravas, paella of black rice with calamari, prawns and clams and finally, churros with chocolate and caramel sauce.
Along with a glass of Spanish grape and Spanish hop at AED 32 only, Bebemosinvites you to explore the ever-evolving creations of paella, every Saturday. Paella is a very social dish, customarily brought to the table and eaten right out of the pan! One of the great culinary customs is to start at the perimeter of the pan and work your way to the center. It’s a convivial way to eat, no matter what’s in your paella!
