The Yellow Chilli has put its menu stars in the spotlight and is also debuting a special strawberry and rabdi cheesecake during Valentine’s Week.

From harvest to heart – Vegetarian set menu (AED 79)

The vegetarian set menu features palak patta chaat (a streetside-inspired savoury spinach snack). For appetisers, guests can choose from tomato rasam (a tangy spiced tomato broth), Indo-Arabic potato tandoori soya (fusion potatoes and soya cooked in a traditional tandoori oven), or basil-stuffed paneer tikka (Indian cheese skewers). Main course choices include cheese kofta musallam lalla mussa dal (Sanjeev Kapoor’s signature spiced lentils) and Indian bread or dum pulao (spiced rice). Dessert is a strawberry and rabdi cheesecake (rabdi is a condensed milk-based dish).

The meat of the meal – Non vegetarian menu (AED 79)

The non-vegetarian set menu features appetisers including palak patta chaat soup (a streetside-inspired spinach soup), tomato rasam (a tangy spiced tomato broth), baked fish Amritsar (Punjabi-style baked fish), tadka chicken tikka garlic aioli (tempered marinated chicken), Dakshin murg tikka (curried chicken and almond). Guests can feast on main courses ranging from classic butter chicken and keema ghotala with Indian bread (Mughlai minced meat and eggs) to dum pulao (spiced rice). Dessert is a strawberry and rabdi cheesecake (rabdi is a condensed milk-based dish).
