To celebrate opening its doors last week, Mediterranean inspired restaurant, II Passaggio, will be giving away 500 free pizzas! Located on The Pointe, the homegrown brand will be giving away 25 of their classic Margarita pizzas every day, between 15th September to 4th October.
II Passaggio’s pizzas are a thing of beauty. The dough is left to mature for 48 hours, resulting in a light and airy pizza. Cooked to perfection, the result is a thin base – crisp crust with a hint of char. As for the topping, their traditional Margarita recipe is all about simplicity and authentic Italian ingredients. The pizza has a generous helping of rich tomato sauce, buffalo mozzarella, extra virgin olive oil and fresh basil. Pizza aficionados even have the opportunity to sit at the pizza station – what is set to be the most sought-after seats, and watch their dough be created and cooked in the glass pizza oven.
