Committed to always offering its guests an enriching and valuable culinary journey, Marea DIFC, situated in the heart of Downtown Dubai, unveils a new dining concept in partnership with Maison Imperiale. Kicking off on 24 February 2020, the recurring supper club will take place at the venue’s intimate private dining room once a month, with a new and innovative concept for each one to follow.
To celebrate the launch, the debut supper club, ‘Break-The-Rules Wine Pairing’ masterclass, highlights Marea’s exquisite Italian cuisine, paired with a carefully curated selection of grape, hosted by hospitality consultant, advisor and expert, Marené Wentzel.
With over 15 years of experience as a Sommelier across leading groups, Marené comes with an abundance of expertise and knowledge, ensuring an informative and insightful wine pairing adventure.
Maison Impériale is a Dubai-based elective educational academy for adults, featuring an array of masterclasses – be it for professional advancement, intellectual refinement or just some personal fulfilment. It offers unique sessions across a myriad of topics, ranging from history, art and culture to more focused courses about dining etiquette, wine pairing and culinary innovation.
Carefully curated by Michelin star Chef Michael White, in partnership with Marené Wentzel, the February supper club flaunts a delectable selection of the venue’s signature Italian delicacies, perfectly complemented by an assortment of premium grape to offer a culturally enhanced dining experience.
