- Kunafa Um Ali: Um Ali literally means “Ali’s Mother” a recipe that can be traced back to around the 12th century. Now modernised in the truest French sense with a match made in heaven of mini Kunafa croissants bathed in a creamy Um Ali sauce adorned with a rich raspberry vanilla ganache.
